![]() ![]() Remember to experiment with both absolute and relative paths in the commands as sometimes they give subtle but useful differences in output. In future sections I will not keep reminding you of this and the given examples will usually not illustrate this. This is pretty much always the case so remember this important point. As such it may be specified as either an absolute or relative path. I know I've stressed the point but by now hopefully you can appreciate that whenever we refer to a file or directory on the command line it is in fact a path. This option will prompt you before removing each file and directory and give you the option to cancel the command.
